IEA Directions map
The Institute for Educational Advancement (IEA) is located at 625 Fair Oaks Avenue in South Pasadena in a red brick, three-story office building. We are on the second floor in Suite 285. South Pasadena is a separate city from Pasadena and the numbers repeat. We are across the street from a Bristol Farms store, just past the 110 Freeway. There is a parking lot connected to the back of the building. Its entrance is the second driveway from the 110 North Fair Oaks Avenue exit (between the building and a mini mall). We do not validate parking, but there is usually street parking just behind the building on Mound Avenue.

From the North: Take the 210 East and exit at Fair Oaks Avenue. Do not stop at 625 Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena. Continue traveling southbound on Fair Oaks for approximately 3 miles into the city of South Pasadena. We are south of Glenarm Street and north of Mission Street.

From the South: Take the 110 North to Fair Oaks Avenue exit. Make a right turn at the exit and be prepared to enter the second driveway after the exit immediately.

From the East: Take the 57 North or 19 North to the 210 West. Exit at Fair Oaks Avenue South. Do not stop at 625 Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena. Continue traveling southbound on Fair Oaks for approximately 3 miles into the city of South Pasadena. We are south of Glenarm Street and north of Mission Street.

From the West: Take the 10 West to the 110 North. Exit at Fair Oaks Avenue. Make a right turn at the exit and be prepared to enter the second driveway after the exit immediately.

Using Metro Transportation: Take the Gold Line to Mission Station. Turn Right on Mission Street. Turn Left on Mound. The building is on the right hand side of the street, just past Hope Street.
